You will regain a memory of Ravel along with 300 XP. Aelwyn at 21 is the woman Nemelle at 12 is looking for. Once you have reunited the two, speak to her to learn that she has known at least two incarnations of yours. Go to Yves’ chamber and ask whether she’s seen her mother to learn that they’ve been reconciled. Go to Ecco’s chamber, ask about her voice and whether there’s any way that you can help her. Confirm her name and then you can make a vow if you want some Law points or demand a reward for Evil points. You’ll either find Dolora in the central area or in her chamber.
Each piece of advice you get will make you more Evil. Return to Lothar with any of these skulls for 15,000 XP and he will now answer your questions. Lothar tells you that you are immortal because your mortality has been taken from you by a night hag called Ravel Puzzlewell. Your next task, which will take you quite some time, is to find Ravel. The next two rooms are xcritically unoccupied, although Vivian’s room has decent loot in various containers. The room in the north has a stairway leading down to the Brothel Cellar which you can ignore for the time being. Ask her to describe herself and suggest that she might be a fiend to learn that her glance turns living things to stone. Ask whether she took Vivian’s scent and she’ll suggest that the culprit might be the same person who took her veil.
This is the place where the prostitutes’ sensory stones are stored. The sensory stones store the sensations of the young ladies. His name is Luis, and he claims to be here with the tacit understanding of the ladies – which is bending the truth, to say the least! If you try to blackmail him, he will simply trick you.
This exclusive sensorium is only accessible to Sensates. To enter here, speak to Splinter in the Main Hall. After joining the faction or convincing Splinter that you are already a Sensate, ask to be taken to the Private Sensorium. Here you can experience the sensations that Sensates have recorded for your enjoyment.
Clerk’s Ward
When you first arrive in the Lower Ward, if Morte is in your party at the time, he will be abducted by two Wererats. Ask around the ward to find out that Morte was abducted by a certain Lothar, Master of Bones. You can find Lothar in the Bones of the Night (see the map of the Lower Ward). Lothar will agree to return Morte to you in return for a better skull and once you have done this, he will tell you what you should do next. One change in the gameplay is the way you move between different areas in Sigil.
Standing near the Thokola warriors is a moneylender called Byron Pikit. If you’re xcritically a Thief, you may want to change class. Ask him about the Lower Ward and then ask him why he’s there.
Move the cursor along the wall to discover the hidden door. Once you have the keys, return them to Dolora for a whopping 30,000 XP. Dolora will now tell you that the reason Ecco can’t speak is because her voice was stolen. You need this information to give Ecco her voice back. If you learn all Yves’ stories, the Tattoo of the Tale-Weaver becomes available in Fell’s Tattoo Parlor. Finally, you can ask Grace if she would like to join you on your travels.
The Bard’s Tale Trilogy
Have Annah pick the locked cabinet and pick up the Scroll of Fire and Ice and the Dodecahedron from inside. Tell him that you’re here to use the sensory stones. There are a total of 7 standard and 3 extravagant sensory stones that each offer two experiences. The second batch of standard experiences are selected by asking about “some of the others…”.
